Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through our form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, service interest, and optional message. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used only to protect the form against spam and abuse.

When you click a booking or contact button, we record that a click happened, which button was used, and when. Click records contain no personal details beyond standard technical information.

What we do not collect

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or tax documents through this website. We do not want them, our forms are not designed to hold them, and you should not share sensitive information over public web forms. Once we work together, sensitive documents are exchanged through secure, professional channels.

How we use information

Inquiry information is used to reply to you and to confirm the scope of any work we do together. Click records are used in aggregate to understand which services people are interested in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Where information is stored

Inquiries and click records are stored in a secured database managed by our website platform. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communication. Analytics on this site are limited and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Third party services

Our booking calendar is operated by a third party scheduling service. When you book there, that provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. Fonts and analytics on this site are loaded from their respective providers under their terms.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@directiveoptivesolutions.com or call (909) 582-5337 and we will take care of it promptly.
